Carl is the Director of our company, specialising in fire risk management and the delivery of clear, practical, and defensible fire safety advice. With notable leadership experience across both the public and private sectors, Carl supports organizations in understanding fire risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing proportionate, effective protection measures.

As a former principal fire officer, Carl brings extensive operational insight as a Strategic (Gold) Commander, having led and managed risk across complex, high-risk environments. He is a qualified Fire Risk Assessor, holding a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment, and undertakes comprehensive fire risk assessments across a wide range of premises and sectors.

Carl’s approach is grounded in real-world experience and a strong understanding of how fire safety and emergency response arrangements operate in practice. Alongside assessment work, he provides risk management advice, training, and assurance that empowers organizations to improve compliance, strengthen safety culture, and manage risk with confidence.
